**For Bitcoin Account Base Currency using EAs clients- Mt4 is Longhorns Only platform available. *When Using the strategy tester for your EAs if you are a Bitcoin Account Base Currency client the strat tester uses the Bitcoin Commission INSTEAD of the currency the tester is in.” This gives completely false profit/loss results in the Mt4 LongHorn strategy tester downloaded from their website. So if you use Eas with a Bitcoin currency account and modify your Eas and then use the Mt4 strategy tester to justify it,,,, you are recieving completely incorrect results….. IF YOU switch your base currency for your account back to a USD account instead of Bitcoin base currency then the strategy tester uses their true USD commission and the strategy tester results become relevent/correct.
SO THIS MEANS that anyone with LongHorn with a BitCoin base currency account that uses and modifies eas and then uses their inbuilt mt4 strategy tester that comes on their website,,,, you are in big trouble and getting completely ripped off.
***ANYONE, anyone check this for yourself. Check this for yourself. LongHorn has been doing this to all their Bitcoin based currency clients for ages I don’t know how long. But try it for yourself if you are an ea person. Imagine how many of their clients they haven’t told this to.
So I contacted their live-support and ticket-support, There is only 2 live-support people, I spoke to them for over 4 hours and they ducked and weaved and tried to pretend the problem doesn’t exitst. Yet I can prove it easily, anyone do it, anyone themselves. Right now and you can see it yourself.
No one contacted back, Longhorn livechat lied multiple times, and blatenly lied right in front of my eyes. So I asked what does this say on your website. Look check for yourselves guys, anyway LongHorn from my experience is absolutely corrupt, they did all the things corrupt people do, look if someone wants to say it doesn’t matter about the strategy tester or using the wrong commission and showing false results,, man use eas and you need them results to be farly accurate. Imagine changing one thing in the code for your ea then testing it and the results are completely false, that is what LongHorn is currently doing for their Bitcoin based currency traders using eas. I will and am looking elsewhere for a honest broker. This is completely legitimate check it out for yourself. Do the test yourself and you will see.
*** UPDATE: They have since called and admitted (9 hours later contacted by manager? he was quite good) about the fault and they have their trading team fixing it. This is what I was told on the phonecall. I was also asked to still believe in them and trade with them if they fix the problem. I said it is now very hard to believe them or believe in them even though I want to trade. Hopefully they fix this problem for the rest of their clients….
